Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how we, PAJ UG (haftungsbeschränkt), collect, use, and process personal data within the “Call the Service” mobile application (“App”). By using this App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

• Interaction data (via Firebase Analytics and Google Analytics)

• Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest in app security and improvement

Purpose of Data Processing

• Create and manage your user account
• Provide and improve App functionality
• Monitor usage and troubleshoot issues
• Handle payments (see section below)
• Respond to support inquiries

In-App Purchases

We offer monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions via Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Payment and subscription management is handled entirely through your app store account. We do not process or store your payment details directly.

Firebase & Backend Services

We use Google Firebase for:

• User authentication
• Realtime database
• Cloud functions
• File storage

Firebase is provided by Google Ireland Ltd. All personal data is stored securely within the Firebase infrastructure.

Additional server-side functions are hosted on Hetzner (Germany), but no sensitive user data is stored there outside Firebase.

Analytics

We use the following services to collect anonymized usage and performance data to improve the App experience:

• Firebase Analytics
• Google Analytics

No personally identifiable information is shared with third parties.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is only shared with service providers (e.g. Firebase, Apple, Google) necessary for core functionality and legal compliance.

Data Retention

We retain your personal data as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us via email.
