By downloading or using the “Call the Service” mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the App.

The App provides users with tools to manage and access services offered by “Call the Service”. To use certain features, you must create a user account with your email and password.

Subscriptions & Payments

The App offers monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions, which provide access to premium features.

• Payment is processed via the App Store or Google Play.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your app store account settings.
• We do not store or process payment data ourselves.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• Interfere with the App’s functionality or other users
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App or its services
• Attempt unauthorized access to backend systems or data

Data Privacy

We collect and process personal data such as email address and usage data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using the App, you consent to this data processing.

Intellectual Property

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted within the App and take effect immediately upon publication.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the legal procedures of your local jurisdiction.
